TONY CELANO, ASSOC. AIA

Emerging Architect

Tony joined Baker Architects in 2020 and brings a wealth of computer knowledge and craftsman skills. Both an emerging architect and avid craftsman, Tony enjoys working on both virtual and hands-on tasks. This is demonstrated in his design/build capstone project at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Tony has a long-term interest in sacred architecture. He enjoys the design process and seeks to bring beauty to the world and the Church through the use of his talents.

​

Tony is recently married and eager to expand his ongoing goal of becoming a licensed architect.

Emerging Architect

 

Tony is influential on the design, fabrication and installation on many of Baker Studios design-build projects. His talents are shown in his work on the dome and stained glass windows for the Newman Center in Colorado Springs, CO. His senior project was a design-build project for the Denver Botanic Gardens. He was tasked to design, and build two mobile ticket centers for the gardens to use for special events at their York St. and Chatfield Farms locations. He is adept at managing budgets and construction management tasks.

 

Tony has a long lasting interest in sacred architecture. He enjoys the design process and seeks to bring beauty to the world and the Church through the use of his talents.

 

Tony enjoys spending time working on his new home with his wife. He is a soccer fan and occasional player. He enjoys reading Tolkien and other fantasy authors. He is an aviation and space aficionado. On his free time he enjoys skiing and golfing with his dad. Tony is recently married and eager to expand his ongoing goal of becoming a licensed architect.
